Create an Account and Sign in

Create Privacy Pillar Account

The user should create an account on the Privacy Pillar portal to use any of our products. You can create a free account and select any subscription plan (Cookie Consent, DSAR, Consent Preference, Social Fortuna) based on your business needs. The steps to set up a free account are as follows.

Prerequisite:
    - A valid email ID
    - Your company's profile (Company name, website URL)
    - Phone Number

1. Open the Privacy Pillar Portal Login page.
    
2. Click Create an Account.
   The Create Your Account page appears.
3. Enter your Full Name and Work Email.
4. In the Password field, type a password.
   
   Password Tip: To create a strong password, use 6 or more characters with a lower-case, an upper-case, a number, and a special character like @, &, or $. You can use any special character to create a strong password.
5. In the Phone Number field, enter your phone number.
6. Click on Continue.
   
   
   Note: Continue button will be disabled until you fill up all the mandatory fields.
7. The following Create Account page appears.
8. Enter your Company/Agency name and website URL.
9. If you have a coupon code, click on the link "Have a coupon code?"
   
10. Then the coupon code field will appear, enter the coupon code and click Apply.
    
11. Click Terms of Services and Privacy Statement, both statements will open in new tabs, then read them.
12. Return to the Privacy Pillar Portal tab to confirm, and click the check box of the statements.
13. Click Create Account.
    
14. A welcome and verification mail will be sent to your email.
15. To view the welcome email, go to your email page, and open the welcome mail.
    
16. To verify your email, open the verification email.
    
17. Click Verify Email.
    Now you are logged in and it redirects to your Privacy Pillar Portal account.

Recover Password

If you forgot your password, follow the steps to reset the password.

1. On the Login page, click Forgot password?
   The Forgot Password page appears.
   
2. In the Email Address box, enter your email id, then click Send. 
   A password recovery mail will be sent through your email.
3. Go to your email,  open the mail, and then click Reset your password in the mail.
   It redirects to the Privacy Pillar portal Reset Password page.
   
4. Type a new password, then retype the password.
   To create a strong password, see the Password Tip in Create Privacy Pillar Account topic.
5. Click Save.
   It redirects to the login page and now you can log in using the new password.

Restriction for Users while Signup

If you have created an account and successfully logged in, then you logged out and tried to create another account on the same browser, then you have to wait 10 minutes to make another account.

Session Time-out Alert

After 25 minutes of inactivity, you will get an alert. Keep working by clicking on Keep me logged in. The session will end after another 5 minutes of inactivity. You must then log in again.
