Implement Privacy Pillar Application on Wix

You can implement Privacy Pillar's applications on your website that you have constructed using Wix, by adding the custom JS to your website code through the Wix dashboard. To be more precise, you must add the production CDN script to your website code through Wix settings.

The following steps are common for implementing Privacy Pillar's Cookie Banner, Subscription Consent Banner, and Social Fortuna. 

Steps to Implement

1. Log in to your Wix Site.
   
   Note: A published website and a linked domain are necessary before adding custom code to your site.
2.  Select Settings from the left side panel of your site's Dashboard.
   
3. Scroll down to the Advanced section, and click Custom Code.
   
4. Click + Add Custom Code at the top right.
5. Paste the copied CDN script from the Privacy Pillar Portal in the given textbox.
6. Give your code a name so that you can easily recognize it in the future.
7. Choose an option under Add Code to Pages.
   - All Pages:- This inserts the code into every page of your website, including any future pages you add.
   - Choose Specific Pages:- Use the drop-down menu to select the relevant pages.
8. Choose where to place your code under Place Code in.
   - Head
   - Body-start
   - Body-end
   
   Note: Always paste the code into the Head section of each page on your website(s). The code must be the first script in your document.
9. Click Apply.
10. Check that the desired module appears on the website properly.
    Note: If it doesn't appear, try hard-refresh (Press Ctrl+Shift+R) and check it again.
