Log Incident in RoPA (Record of Processing Activities) refers to documenting any data breach, security event, or unauthorized access involving personal data. It captures details such as the nature of the incident, affected data, date/time, and impact. The log also records actions taken for containment, mitigation, and notification to authorities or data subjects. Maintaining incident logs helps in accountability and regulatory reporting
This is the dashboard of Log Incident and can see Id, Name, Date&Time, Cause, Nature, Severity, Reported to DPA, Last Updated, Actions.
To add new Log Incident, click on Add Log Incident in the top left.
Here fill all the details in Incident Log, Nature of Incident, Consequences, Report to Authorities and click on create.
