Policies in RoPA (Record of Processing Activities) refer to the internal guidelines and rules governing how personal data is handled within an organization. These include privacy policies, data retention policies, access control policies, and information security policies. RoPA links relevant policies to each processing activity to ensure standardized and compliant data handling.
This is the dashboard of Policies, and we can see the Id, Name, Policy Type, Activities, Assets, Policy Version, Last Updated, Actions. To add new policy click on Add Policy in the top left.
Fill Name, Policy, Responsible, Policy Version, Link.
Click on save to create new policy.
