Assets in RoPA (Record of Processing Activities) refer to the systems, applications, databases, and tools used to process personal data. These assets can include HR systems, CRM platforms, cloud storage, and internal applications. Identifying assets helps in mapping where personal data resides and how it flows across the organization. It also supports risk assessment and implementation of security controls.
This is the dashboard of Assets where we can see Id, Name, Description, Distribution Area, Created At, Last Updated, Actions. To add new asset, click on Add Asset.
In this we need to fill all Description, Association, Data Storage, Supplier, Asset Information, Artificial Intelligence and click create in the right bottom.
