Processing activity in a RoPA (Record of Processing Activities) refers to any operation performed on personal data within an organization. This includes collection, storage, usage, sharing, and deletion of personal data. Each activity must clearly define the purpose, categories of data subjects, and types of personal data involved. It also captures details of data recipients, transfers, and retention periods.
This is the Dashboard of Processing activity and can see manage activities and search option in the right. If we want to add activity, On the top left there is add activity.
Here we need to fill all the Details of the Business Process, Processing Activity, Data Storage, Data Transfer, Data Retention, Technical Measures.
After filling every processing activity click on save.
